Forgot vivelle dot

I am 8dp5dt and forgot to change my Vivelle-Dot yesterday at noon I remembered first thing when I woke up this morning and changed at about 7:45 AM, I am supposed to change it every 3 days. I am really hoping this doesn't mess up my cycle, help!

Probably not a major problem, but try to be on time with the rest. Tell your doctor.

Thanks, I hope it's ok. I called my nurse and she said it was fine, just change it every 3 days from today... phew! ugh this whole thing makes me neurotic and I was doing so well....
