We live in PA and might need to go through fertility treatment. We have Aetna PPO . my husband's parent company in NJ and have two contracts with Aetna for employees working in NJ office and PA office. PA office employees have no coverage for infertility. My husband checked with his HR ,who in turn checked with the parent company who told us that we will get full coverage if we move to NJ as the parent company is in NJ and it mandates that treatments are covered. We will be moving under the same insurance plan with AETNA . Will our infertility be treated as pre-existing condition?
