What happens after 2 ww?

Post by Claire01 »

My test is Monday. Do they call and say BFP or BFN? If its positive then what? More shots? If its negative then what how long do you need to wait if you have more frosties?

I imagine every clinic is slightly different. This is how my clinic works. Early morning blood draw then they give you a time frame to expect a call for results. My clinic was noon-2pm. For a positive they say "congrats!" Things look good, return in two days to repeat and stay on your progesterone shots. If it is negative they'll tell you and they'll tell you to stop your shots and expect to bleed in about 5 days or so. If it is negative then you'll get a follow up for FET if that's what you want to do next (I decided to do a fresh instead) my clinic makes you wait one cycle. Hope that helps, good luck!
Me/DH 36

TTC since 2008 only one spontaneous in 2012
Ivf 1-1/2009 DS

Now--- back to TTC at home in hopes for a final addition

I was wondering this too. I think its the biggest most dreaded and anticipated part of this process. I dont want to know if it will be negative, but I want to know right away if its positive! lol
