Icsi babies

Hello,

Me -34 with pcos, DH 35 low sperm count and motility.
We went through ivf icsi, got 1 fet at BB grade and 2 fets at BC grade.
Since we rushed into the ivf process, because of lack of knowledge, I now am worried sick about icsi because the birth defect rate is slight higher. I know tough question to ask, but anyone done ivf icsi and did your kids have any birth defects or health issues.

Son has autism, sensory issues and apraxia of speech but don't think it js related to icsi. Good luck!
