Number of Blastocyst to transfer

Post by happygolucky »

Hi Everyone,
I am going to do a natural FET transfer next cycle.I have 6 blasts with grade ranging from 4AA to 4BC(2-4AA,2-4AB,1-4BB,1-4BC).
This is my 4th IVF cycle. My clinic only doea frozen embryo transfer as they have better results with that.
I am just wondering whether to transfer two 4AA blasts or just one.My RE says only one because in Japan they don't encourage more than one good blastocyst for anybody under 35 age(I m 33).As I have had multiple IVF failures(only one with chemical pregnany others BFN) I am just wondering if it wil be good to transfer 2.I am also a case of O-ve blood group.
Not sure if that will create any issue during my pregnany if at all that happens.

Transferring just one blastocyst is a great choice at your age, and in keeping with current ASRM guidelines.
Avoid IVF and surrogacy in Ukraine. Ukrainian centers pay shills to post here under numerous sock accounts pretending to be patients in Ukraine. Centers using such deceptive advertising cannot be trusted and should be avoided.

Thanks Gosht for your suggestion.
I guess you are right.one good quality balstocyst should be good.
Anyways I am not that fond of twins.Guess cannot take that much pressure of having three kids at a time(one being my husband himself :D ).
