only 1 11mm follicle On CD15 Gonal F

Hi
I had my scan today and still have in excess of 20 multiple small follicles. There is only 1 11mm follicle. The dr suggests to continue stimulationg with 150 merional and 150 gonal f.
when is the cut off point for stimulating? Will a lengthy stimulating regime affect egg quality.
