There is no known boost for ovarian reserve. To date, there is only one known class of hormone that will cause more primordial follicles to start on the path to maturity, and no physician would dare use it in a human. It is not found in foods, and if it was, it would be avoided.

The only moment when the ovaries increase reserve is months before the female is born. By the time you are born, your ovarian reserve is already declining. No new primordial follilces will form.
Avoid IVF and surrogacy in Ukraine. Ukrainian centers pay shills to post here under numerous sock accounts pretending to be patients in Ukraine. Centers using such deceptive advertising cannot be trusted and should be avoided.

Avoid IVF and sorrogacy in Ukraine. Clinics there hire shills to post on this site under sock accounts posing as patients. Avoid any centers that advertise deceptively.

I'm 40, with DOR. We TTC for four years, and underwent 8 failed IUIs and 4 failed IVF attempts (one chemical pregnancy, one canceled before transfer when there was nothing to put back, and one converted to IUI for poor response to stims). We finally gave up on treatments and started preparing for adoption. Then at the beginning of last year, we got pregnant on our own, only to have an m/c. However, three months later, we got pregnant again on our own, and it stuck.I was excited and hopeful yesterday after my appointment in biotexcom in Ukraine.we had a great time and finally, we did it.no words to explain my happiness.great blessing. I'm currently almost 32 weeks, and all looks good (knock wood!).There's every reason to hope you've got a sticky one brewing but I know how scary the wait is. We've gotten pregnant 5 times, only 1 was medically assisted. 4 losses but more importantly 2 amazing blessings with us today. The road may be longer but so much worth it. I know, but we did eventually get there.Good luck all!

Tatebrown is a fake. He or she advertises for a Ukrainian clinic by pretending to be a patient. He or she uses various sock accounts here.

Her story keeps changing because she forgets which lie she told under which sock account.

Avoid IVF in Ukraine. Avoid surrogacy in Ukraine. Avoid clinics that must advertise dishonestly.

I really admire your spirit! Of course, there has been a lot of successful conception, gestation and delivery for woman of mature menstrual age in their pre-menopausal phrase lately. So, I'd say you've got every chance as well to have a baby if your vitals are able to support a pregnancy. To know about your ovarian reserve it's best to get an AMH test done to know what exactly are your reserves saying. There's no apparent proven way of boosting the reserve in pre-menopausal women directly but certain dietary changes can help with the quality of the eggs... undoing some of the natural deterioration that happens to the whole reproductive system. Fish, nuts etc, with some kind of nourishment oil is good for the egg quality...you may also consult your Dr for a cod liver oil supplements. Besides, increase your fibre intake as well as switch to whole grains and healthy fat. Reduce sugar, caffeine, alcohol and make sure you avoid processed food and junk food as much as you can. This should work just fine to help you conceive if all the other physical and physiological aspects are supportive towards the pregnancy. Wish you luck! :)

I've read this part.... but there's something called ovarian rejuvenation what exactly is it, do you know? I hope you don't mind me being a little inquisitive (I won't need it hopefully any soon just curious) since you seem to have a good knowledge on the clinical interpretation. I came across this term in a forum called "inspire" and seems to be lot of people asking for it or even clinic that has a dependable record of successful cases of ovarian rejuvenation. Only, the information I got about it after googling is that it can reverse ovarian ageing and even jerk-start menstrual cycle if one is going through menopause. It says, reconstituting the ovarian micro-environment as close as possible to the original pre-natal trigger for primordial follilces improving aimed at improving folliculogenesis.

TIA.
