Unfortunately, some US states are not favorable to surrogacy. A few states, including New York, ban paid surrogacy.
However, there are also several states that fully support surrogacy.

We were so open to surrogacy in the US. But had to give up given the prices. It is too much, in all honesty. We could've saved and waited for a few years more but we are not getting younger. And this is why we have decided to go to Ukraine and sign with World center of Baby since it is affordable and legal.
Now, we are waiting for our SM's updates, she is pregnant and we find it really hard to believe that it is now our reality
