Hi Diane,

Well least you have your date now with your c section, but something may happen before that.

If you need to ask anything reference the c section fire away, remember I ain't long had one, and if I can be of any help then I will be.

Love
Shell.

Hi Di,

Good luck for the 16th - hasn't time flown?! At least you can focus on getting organised (LOL - at ME saying that!!!)

I'll keep my fingers crossed for that 1% happening though! :D

Di

Good luck for the 16h and if anything happens before - yikes!!!!!!!!
Not long - I am sorry it didn't turn - bet it's a boy - lazy sod!
You will not be able to lift etc after csection (Says someone who has never had one!) so will need all the help you can get!
Take care

Hi Di!

Good luck for the 16th; your baby's birthday will be less than a week before my two's birthday.

As far as the caesarean goes, I had an elective caesarean. I did have DH at home for the first week that we were home from the hospital but with twins (and no other help) you can't possibly rest after the operation. My recovery was fine despite this and I was out pushing them in the pushchair (for short walks) when they were a week old.

I would recommend that you go home with your baby rather than going to your Mum's; I found that the nights were awful in hosital but once we got home and I could relax, everything about being a Mummy slotted into place.
