Pain after a -ve ?

Post by Sand »

I wondered if anyone has had the same feeling ..? My 2ww resulted in a -ve on Monday as AF started at the weekend. AFs over now - never lasts long - but I keep getting pain, especially on left side. Sometimes a sharp stab, sometimes like a dull ache. I'm wondering if there's something wrong. Has anyone else had pain after a -ve ? I was going to ring the hospital this morning, but thought they may think I'm bothering them for nothing. :?: :?:

Im sorry you have had a negitive buddy :( as to your question , I dont seem to remember any pain except around ovulation time when the ovaries had to work harder , I think you should ring the clinic just in caes , I dont know why we think that we are putting them out , they wont mind im sure , I think they realise that it is an ordeal to go through so they are used to us phoning all the time .

Hope you get your answere.

Sorry about the negative - it sounds as if the pain is ovary having a strop! Will do after all it's gone through. If it gets very bad or you are worried ring up and explain it - just incase it is a smally cyst but probably not.
Good luck for next time

Hi Trace and Tracey

Thank you, thank you for your support (on this thread and others). I actually feel fine today. It had been bothering me for a couple of days, so, I don't know - maybe getting it out of my system did the trick. Hopefully I'll stop moaning now ...

Tracey. It's great to hear your 20 wk scan news. Absolutely FANTASTIC :!: I'm really thrilled for you, and you must be over the moon :D :D Half way there already !!

Trace. I'm soooo pleased you've started dereg today !!! That's bril news. I'm really looking forward to hearing re ET around 2nd May-ish ?? There will be lots of ripe eggies to choose from, so you must be sure to pick the best looking :!: Keep us all informed (as I'm sure you will !).

Both of you make sure you take care of yourselves - take it easy !! I've convinced myself that's where I went wrong. I've only been on the board for about 3 weeks (although it does actually seem like a lifetime!) and feel a bit out of it now. Everyone here is so supportive and it's been great being able to talk to others who understand. I feel I'll be in limbo now for the next threee months, waiting to start dereg again. I know 100s of others must have felt the same !! Anyway, I'll shut up now .. :D
