did anyone see the news last night?dh just caught a bit ,something about chocolate being good for pregnant women.did anyone see it?

my dh did. it said that new research shows chocolate releases calming endorp's and so calm's mother and baby. don't think it said anything about the peripheral effects like the pre and post low from the sugar rush.

did you see it?

hi alison,well as far as i have heard your supposed to avoid chocolate during ivf ect because of the caffeine,and i havent had any for weeks now,im trying to stay clear for my next attempt,but my nanna gave me a big quality street egg yesterday so i might have to treat myself on sunday,just the one,but the whole one, :lol:

I've been avoiding choc because I am still trying to loose the weight; not even got any for Easter :cry: :cry:
