Berties quick visit

Post by bertie »

Hello to everyone. Its ages since I've been on here - I've just been updating my memory with reading your posts. Congrats to everyone whos had babies recently - time seems to be flying.
I never get time to post on here, phoebe takes up all my time now. She will be 10 weeks old tomorrow (its weird thinking that she should be only 5 weeks old). Nikola - you are coping ace, you sound to me like you are excellent at multi-tasking. I think I will go to the Asda and buy the Gina Ford book - phoebe doesnt sleep much and she has 8 bottles a day, each one is 4 oz!!!!!! She is sleeping better now that she is in her own room (thought the health visitor was gonna kill me when i said i was putting her in her own room), when she was in with us she never slept a wink but at least now she sleeps an hour at a time!!!!
My day seems to be constant feeding, burping, changing etc etc I LUV IT!!!!! :D :D
Good luck to everyone and i hope to start visiting more often.
luv bertie and phoebe xx
Age 32, DH 36.

Bertie

How lovely to hear from you and therefore by default, Phoebe

So glad all going well and you did absolutely the right thing putting her in her own room (says me not having any yet!) Auntie Gina swears by it!!!

Go and get the book - much better for one that two as you have to adapt the stuff for two mainly and pretend only one (not sure if that easy is it Nik? Jules, Nicky, Sharon, Helen, Mags,Sarah etc??? )

You sound as if it is duck to water............ Massive hug to you both
Love
Tracey

Hi Bertie

Fantastic that you have taken so well to being a mummy. It's good to see Phoebe is keeping you on your toes.

I bet Phoebe loves being in her own room as much as you ans your DH love being able to get some sleep!

Take care and give Phoebe a hug from me.
