Hi Alette - yes the abbreviations can be killer can't they!! I've seen KWIM (know what I mean), IMO (in my opinion), LOL (laugh out loud), ROFL (roll on floor laughing), OMG (oh my God), WTH (what the hell) plus others on my US board but on here:
AF = Aunt Flo (flow) = period.
BFP = Big Fat Postive (+) - the result we're all waiting for.
BFN = the opposite
DH/DP/DF = dear/darling husband/partner/fiance or DickHead!!
TTC = trying to conceive
FET = frozen embryo tranfer
MC = miscarriage
PG = pregnant
EC = egg collection
ET = egg transfer (putting them back)
PMA = postive mental attitude.
NMA = negative " "
TMT = treatment
There are bound to be more I've forgotten but these are the main ones I think.
Have you seen there's someone else from Holland on the board? her name is Juliana and she's expecting twins, so is over on the other side/pregnant after treatment board.
