Co-Enzyme Q10?

Hi Girls,

Just wondered if anyone else was taking the supplement co-enzyme Q10 with their cycle? I read about it in Zita West and just bought some for this cycle as it's meant to be good for blood flow and fertilisation in ICSI.

I'm just not sure when to take it within the cycle? Does anyone know??
Any help would be most appreciated!

I have also bought these today as read about them in Zita West - I don't know when to take them through the cycle but I've started them now and hope fully info will come to light nearer the time - they state they (amongst other things) are for energy so maybe we shouldn't downreg with them - sorry, can't offer any other info.

That's what I was worrying about taking them with down regging as everything needing to shut down.. I'm confused! Really wanted to do a few more things this time but now I am worrying I might be going against the meds! It's great to have that in the book, but it would help if it actually said when it's good to take them!

I had another look at the book and she quotes that it is very good for blood circulation etc so what I reckon is that if we take it before down-reg, then stop during down reg and begin it after when we are stimming as it will encourage the blood flow to all the right places (if you get what I mean) - I have it down on my "question" sheet to ask my consultant next week when I first see him so I'll let you know what he says about it.
