In answer to your 1st question, yes me! I had no symptoms at all and it never occurred to me that I might be pregnant. But sure enough, when I tested I got a positive result and I now have 2 year old twins as a result.
Everyone gets different symptoms and they really are no guide as to whether it's been a success or not so try not to worry.
