i just got a call from are foster child that graduated from highschool a couple of years ago..

it has been a hard journey with him..
very long story..
but the good news is that he called and asked dh if he would be his best man at his wedding and that they just had twin girls....

What wonderful news! Congratulations to you and to the happy couple. Things have a way of working out, one way or the other, don't they. I'm sure they will need loads of help with the twins.

. CONGRATULATIONS !! I'm sure you must be soooo proud of your foster son.

How exciting, being a grandma !! Are the twins local to you ? Will you see them soon ?

they are on the other side of the state. but we are going there march 7.
so i will see them then.. i am hopeful that they might come here before then....

but james said that he just started a new job at wal-mart..
this was the first time that we had herd from him in a while..
i hope that they know what a gift they have been given..
how are you 2 doing?
me i cant sleep. it is 3:30 am .. my mind is in so many different places..

7 March .. that's not too far away. The twins might be in some sort of a routine by then ..? Bet you can't wait, can you ....

I'm going away in a couple of weeks, on hol.... but also, I'm away 3 days this week, and 2 days next week (on business) ... so time's running out fast .... I've been trying to start thinking about packing this afternoon, but haven't got very far ! Oh well ...

Hope you did eventually manage to get some rest last night.

no i still havent slept

i am very tired but my mind is just well it just wont stop going in a hundred different places. way to many emotions...

so where are you going? i hope that it is some place great...

Hi Becky. We're off to Cuba - hopefully for some sun, and definitely for a rest ! We've taken a Varadero beach package, but mean to fit in some Havana sights as well.

I hope your news is sinking in a little now, and you manage to get some rest. Are you expecting photos of the girls to keep you going .... ?
