Don't Give Up

Post by packer12freeserve »

Hi Ladies,
I just thought that i would post to say that it has taken us 4 full IVF and 3 Frozen IVF attempts but we have for the first time just got a positive result. We know that it is very early days but both of us never thought that we would even reach this stage.I just want people to know that it can and does happen even after several attempts.
For our last attempt we decided to change hospitals as everytime we got a negative result the hospital just keep telling us that they didn't know why it hadn't worked but never looked in to it anymore. We decided that we wanted to have every blood test done and also yet another operation to check if there was anything wrong. The hospital we were at just laughed at us and said that we didn't need any of it.However we decided to go elsewhere and they did all the tests we wanted and i ended up having a tube removed. So if anyone out there isn't happy with their hospital and feels that something might be wrong or that there has to be a reason why the treatment hasn't worked please don't just accept it look into getting a second opinion. All i want to do is give people hope that it can work and if you feel that you can go on never give up if it worked for us then i know that it can work for others.
Hoping that everyone gets their dream one day,
Nicky
