Hi Nickie,
Hope you had a wonderful holiday and really enjoyed yourself.Well i had my first scan on Thursday and am having TWINS (oh my god).But it is still really early days so we will just keep our fingers crossed we got back for our nine and half week scan on 17th March.Our due date is 18th October.
Anyway how are you and baby?I hope that everything is going well.How was your holiday?I was really worried about telling Michelle it's funny how guilty you feel when the treatment has worked for you and not for others especially when there is so many people who deserve it to work too.Well Michelle had some news too her husband has just got a job in America so they have put their house on the market and will be starting a new life in America i really hope that everything will work out for her and that she will get there one day although i think she is now thinking about adoption.

we werent blessed with our babies to raise here but we our blessed with our grandaughter
and all of our many adopted and foster children that touch our lives
and i am glad to add that our 6th grandchild will be born this spring!!!!

Congratulations Nic ........... bet you are in total shock but what a delight hey! You bth must be so thrilled and I'm so happy for you -0 glad to see my babydust landed in your lap - as for me I'm doing really well, holiday was great and relaxing, just what the doctor ordered! Bubs is fine - string heartbeat detected at my midwife appointment at 14 weeks and all seems fine so far.
I appreciate what you mean about shouting from the rooftops - in a way you do feel bad for others that it has failed for but remember that it working for you should give the encouragement to those to carry on. I think Michelle has given up on the whole idea really by the way she was talking when we met up - shame coz has she only had IUI, she may be better off having the full treatment and giving that a whilr - Oh well a new beginning in America sounds amazing - good luck to her.
