Kelly

Well done you! I stopped smoking 2 years ago when my consultant told me that every cigarette I had, my eggs had too!! That soon stopped me in my tracks....

As for drinking, I try (!) and only have a glass of wine every now and again

I hadn't heard about cutting out coffee though, I did try and drink less and drink herbal tea instead when having tmt.

My main problem now is chocolate! Good luck with losing weight, I joined a slimming club last September and to date have lost nearly 2 stone so it is achievable! The nurse at my clinic said losing weight will help, sadly my last tmt was -ve but I am ever hopeful that next time I will reap the benefits

Good luck!!!! x

Well done Kelly!

Thanks for sharing it on here too. It's extremely tough to do, like Becky I smoked for 20 years and only gave up 5 years ago (up to you to decide if I'm ancient or if I started puffing away aged 3  ).

Joanne, another fabulous achievement. Isn't it crazy how tough giving up our support can be? I love food and battle my weight all the time. It's only in the run up to treatment that I can really focus on it to good effect. You've helped encourage me. Thank you.

hugs
Debra.
