Hi becky,i hope you are keeping well and that you are taking things easy and looking after yourself. how are you feeling in yourself??? I have had e/c put back a day as they have had to up my ampoules as my follies are taking there time in growing,never mind. hope to hear from you .. take care love sammyxxxxxx

Hi Sammy I know that feeling...my ec was put back by 4 days and then it was almost cancelled as there was very little response....I was also put onto a new drug called Merional and given the max dose of 6 powders... so I feel for you. My ec went well tho' in the end (you probably read my posts on the November thread) and altho' they only got 3 eggs all 3 fertilised and I have now got 2 embies in - the same as most other people so don't worry too much...everyone is different and we all take a slightly different journey to the end destination! I was a little sore after ec..and reacted to the Pethidine (my Mum forgot to mention that she has an allergy)..but was walking around 3 days after..and back to work yesterday. I am taking it as easy as possible ..but also trying to live a normal life (it is quite a hard balance to find!) so doing most of the chores..and working a full day 4 days a week..just going to bed early and avoiding baths, coffee and a few other foods like prawns and soft cheese. My test day is the 2nd December at the clinic altho' I can do a hpt on the 30th November if I want to..not sure yet..want to wait until the blood test so that it is 100% correct. So what day is planned now for your ec? Are you having a general or a sedation? Love Becky B

Hi becky,just got back from hospital,17 follies now although still not big enough.They are going to call me later to tell me if i need to up it to 4ampoules. Ive never took as long as this before,they did say that all cycles are different. They say that hopefully by wednesday i should be ready for e/c. This weekend is going to drag,mind you im a very lucky girl as one of my friends has asked me along to SMTV live as her brother works there(ive been before)and met kylie,suababes.What can i say mingling with the stars,well tomorrow im going to see ROBBIE WILLIAMS!!!!!!! im still in shock as ive liked him from the days of Take That,how sad am i.I hope i dont get all hormonal and show myself up. Glad you are feeling well and that you are taking it easy,before you know it your2ww will be up. I have everything crossed for you, take care love sammyxxxxxx
