i am one of the luckier ones as i have only had to go through this journey the once - but in saying that I am also a testiment to the fact that it can happen first time over, so..................
i can only tell you what worked for me, which was having a healthy positive attitude towards the whole thing. My EC was ona tuesday and my ET was 2 days later. and the only thing i did during the 2ww was treat myself as if i was pregnant. Clinics often give lots of different advice about heat and baths and sex and stuff (one clinic i have heard on here even advised u eat something red at least once a day!!

), so listen to yours. well my clinic said nothing except rest as much as you feel you need (they signed me off for 2 weeks!), no housework or heavy lifting and abstain from sex for 2 weeks, and also treat your body (dietary habits etc) as if u r pregnant. so i also chose to stay away from alcohol and caffeine except for choc, which i couldnt seem to get enough of.
like Kim says, do what your body tells you, we are all of us different, and stick to this board - it WILL help you through those 2 weeks.
