preparing for implantation on june 14

Can anyone out there give me any suggestions on preparing my body for implantation day? I start progesterone shots tomorrow? I have 3 good eggs and one questionable, hopefully they will all live!

i think that the most important thing is to try to be calm and not get too anxious about if it is going to work or not. i have seen on a program about ivf that if you are anxious, it leads to an increase of uterine spasms and the procedure will not have as great of chance of being successful. i am going for my transfer of embies this wed and having retrieval sunday. i will be rooting for you. trish

Hi Heather ... Well, you've been v. quiet about this cycle ! I'm so pleased things are going to plan for you this time, after last cycle's disappointment.

Most importantly, use this time between EC and ET to get your body as prepared as possible ... lots of rest, your quota of water, deep breathing and relaxation to encourage a good flow of blood and energy, positive visualisation, good diet ..

There's a Dos and Don'ts thread further down this forum, which contains lots of useful tips/info for after ET and during 2ww ... I'll bump it back up to the top for you.

I wish you all the luck in the world .. Let us know your updates ...

Hi girls- thank you so much for your supporting emails. I really appreciate it. It made me feel really good because you all know what it feels like to be going through this journey. I have 3 in me, one was 8 cells, the other 5 and the last 4. Doc feels real good about the 8 celler and fifty fifty about the 5 celler. I just want one to take(or more). I am tired of laying in bed and can't wait to the weekend to see the rest of my house(and see how clean my dh has kept it!) I go in for a pg test on the 24th.
