Zita west recommends that you should take DHA supplements before starting ivf treatment, has anyone done this?

i m vegetarian and have found omega 3 capsules at holland and barretwhich are suitabl for vegs and not made from fish oils, not sure whether i should take these...does anyone have any advice?

Jay, I'm a HUGE Zita fan - as are many on the board. I started taking DHA and EPA on her book's suggestion at the start of the year. I started eating fish last December after 17 years of being a 'true' vegetarian. I still don't eat any meat but now use the term 'pescatarian' which no one seems to have heard of!

I'd say do whatever you feel helps give some control. Preparing and having a good positive attitude can only help.
