Would love some advice/opinions please..

Hi I am on day 8 of 2ww following FET and have had such bad period pains that I feel sure it is all over but nothing happens. To summarise I had the transfer on the Wednesday, on Friday I started getting pains and also a tiny amount of spotting, nothing on Saturday, pains and more spotting (but only once in the day)on Sunday, and since then the pains have been getting worse and worse but no spotting except for a tiny bit yesterday. It was so bad last night it woke me up so was prepared (if you every can be) for AF this morning but still nothing yet still in pain (although now eased a bit again)which gets worse each night. What do you think? I know they say you can still have pains and be pregnant but would they really be that bad? And is it just the drugs stopping AF from starting properly? The clinic just say wait and see...! Going mad, any help would be gratefully received as not due to test until 18th. Love Sandra X

Hi sandra,i test tommorow,yikes!!!!!! Its our 3rd go,2nd time worked(but had mc)i did suffer with real bad af pains,and was pregnant. I dont know if i am this time,but i have awful pains some days. Dont forget so much is going on inside,its not easy but try to be chilled,what will be will be,theres nothing you can do except wait. Take care of yourself Love sammyxxxx P.S GOOD LUCK

Hi Sandra Know just how you feel- I'm on day 9 of 2ww although my clinic want to test me this Sunday. My back pain stated on day 6 & generally an all round lousy feeling that I normally get each month & also my legs & pelvis area were aching. I too thought this was it but clinic said wait & see to me too & could be normal. What I really wanted was for them to look into their crystal ball ! Anyhow the next day I felt better with no pain but have started today spotting a bit & feel really nervous & pessamistic. Also since e/t my boobs have been hurting & woke me in the night would you believe with shooting pains. Also the clinic said the other day that this could all be positive signs as some girls lose blood but are pg anyhow or it could be the drugs working their way out of my system & ovaries settling down. Oh, it's all so nervy isn't it. What's a girl to do. At the present moment in time I feel about 60.(actually 39 next month !) Dear Sandra, I am due to test tomorrow and like you all the way through I've had AF pains and some days they've been really bad (waking me up) it's very like dysmehorrea I used to get from the age of 13 till 25, but I just breathe through it and eventually it goes, From what I can gather, this is perfectly normal. Hi Sammy, Scorry and Dawn Thanks very much for your replies they have put my mind at rest. I am still getting the pains and had a bit more spotting yesterday but testing tomorrow so will soon be out of my misery one way or the other. Dawn I am sorry to hear your news but wish you luck for next time. There is nothing worse - people keep saying to me that if it's not positive at least you will be able to have a good drink over Christmas - I know they mean well but I would rather never drink again and have a baby! (Well that might be exagerrating a bit!). Well done Sammy and Scorry - fantastic news I am so pleased for you. It gives me hope when I hear successes so keep yourselves well and enjoy. Sandra

Sandra I had/have really bad AF type pains, tested yesterday and was +ve also have sore boobs for over a week. Both symptoms are worse at night so it's probably not a bad sign. Very best of luck for testing tommorrow (I should have tested tommorrow but I cheated), I'll be thinking of you. Love Mandsxx
