HAS ANYONE DONE HERBALIFE?

JUST WANT TO KNOW IF ANYONE HAS DONE HEBALIFE AT ALL?
I AM THINKING OF STARTING THE SHAKES AND TABLETS FOR THE VITAMINS??

HELLOO!

yeah, i am doing herbalife right now. got the powder for the shakes, the protein supp, the vitamins tabs and fiber tabs.

I fing it easy to follow, I want to lose the weight I put on after my first tmt before I start my 2nd cycle in Jan.

I have lost so far 1.5kilos (in 2 weeks!!) My belly is nearly as before the tmt!

But i will stop in Jan, as I dont want to be on any kind of diet for the tmt,
And I will swap the herbalife vitamins for pregnancy vitamins (I take materna)

Holly I used to be a herbalife rep... about 4 yr ago, packed it in as I could sell it very well, couldn't find any customers. I did it before my wedding, it was good, lost lots.... Felt great too....

Go with it.....Not sure how it in holland, but it's expensive here....

Yes it is expensive but I did put lots of kilos on when I started this fertility thing. I stopped going to the gym and I ate alot when I was stressy

But mostly I am doing it for the vitamins because I am back at the gym now, till I start treatment again.(jan/feb)
Any hints on the best products?

holly, just had a thought...think about the Vit A content....Vit suppliments shouldn't be taking in pregnancy and whilst ttc..... x x

holly i did one shake for b/fast one at mid-day...normal dinner....

IF I HAVE A SHAKE IN THE MORNING IT MAKES ME TO TIRED TO DO MY WORKOUT IN THE GYM, STRANGE I KNOW!!!!

I do one shake in the morning, normal lunch and 1 shake in the evening.
( and I have an apple for break, otherwise I cant resist at dinner time...)
I tried to do 1 shake per day, but it did not work for me...
