pain same as during period

is there any one who had symptoms like this and got pregnant? I am scared as i felt twice like this for a small time. And the day when the pain arises, i feel more like nausia and vomitting.

Hi Raina

Yes i had period pains a few days after transfer and they were on and off during the 2 week wait.

And guess what BFP!!!!!!!!!

Not so much now just really sore boobs!

When I was on the 2ww I had period pain and I was convinced it hadn't worked for me but I got a BFP and I have a little boy who is 2 now. I had bleeding throughout my pregnancy uptlil I was 18wks pregnant, so don't give up hope.

Yes I had period pains. In fact right now I have those "grap a tampon and head for the bathroom" cramps right now and I am preg. Hang in there!

Period pains are the same as the preg symptons!!!!

It's the womb stretching to accomadate a babe!!!!

Sorry girls, my results came BFN on 9th Feb inspite of all the positive symptoms. I was feeling sad and devastated that's why i could not write to the forum. Thanks to all for all support. Now I have decided to fight back. I have anothes six frozen good quality embryos. not decided when to take next chance. let's see what doctor says.

Hi girls
here i would like share something. When i started my first ivf cycle from Jan,10th,2006(my period started from 9th), after taking injections for 7 days i.e. on 16th I observed bleeding(2-3 drops only). i told this to doctor but she said after sonography not to worry. One day before ET, I sufferd urine infection (Pus cell little high 5-6). But Doctor told they have checked everything and so ET took place. After one week Doctor told me that she has kept my best of the best embryos frozen as i have bleeded. So u don't worry. I was feeling all the symptoms as i have written earlier as nosia, vomitting, pain like periods frequently on and off, but i got BFN. Now my doctor is saying not to worry, it was due to the bleeding which leaves some impresssion over uterus line which may prevent chance of BFP.
Is there anyone who can explain this to me in a better way.
Now we r planning for 2nd round with frozen embryos.
