Hi, does anyone know if it is ok to use hot water bottles in early pregnancy, as i really need to use one, along side pain killers to help with cramps?
Please help, as i dont want to damage this pregnancy, as we have been through so much to get here, but the pain is really bad.

I do not know about hot water bottles, but I was able to take extra strength Tylanol for side cramps. You may want to check this with your doctor, but it worked great for me!
