Any suggestions would be great! I'm at 8 weeks at it is like a switch was flipped. I can't keep anything down except warm liquids. It does get better in the afternoon, but the morning is horrible. Not to mention that I've had a migraine that I can't shake because I am too concerned to take anything more than tylenol, which isn't helping.
Any home remedies or advice would be greatly appreciated.
BTW, found out Monday at 8 week scan that it is twins. We saw 2 beautiful little heartbeats. I feel so blessed!

this is what helped me, I am still nauseous although not vomiting now...
1. Fruit salad, cold drinks with ice cubes in
2. citrus fruits especially limes, lime juice and grapefruit
3. Eating all the time and not ever letting myself get hungry
4.Avoid sugary stuff like the plague - fills a gap then you feel terribel sick afterwards, milk made me throw up
5. Ginger made me feel sick - peppermint tea was good
6. Burning lavendar oil in an aromotherapy lamp / candle thing (NOT for the skin though)
7. I had boiled sweets by the bed for emergencies, and a packet of rich tea biscuits
8. I have had accupuncture for the last 3 weeks 2x week, thatbhas helped a lot
9. Keep drinking loads of water/diluted juice
Now it eveloved and changed, so since about week 12 I can't face meat or cheese or vegetables apart from salad, and what was yummy today I can't eat the next day, dh has to keep finishing up stuff!!
Good luck dear, it's just a good sign and things will settle soon
hugs
