hi ladies
i had ivf in nov which failed since then ive had a lot of stomach pain [ i suffer from endo] this also happened the first time as well.
i wondered if anyone else had the same after treatment? i think the hormones have made my endo worse not better!
ttc for 13 years 3 iui's, and 4 ivf's, losing faith in ivf clinic!
Hi Cath,
I also found that my pain seemed to increase after my first ivf. I have a history of endo too. I particularly noticed a niggly pain in my left side and eventually persuaded the Dr to scan me before the 2nd ivf. He discovered a small endometrioma had developed. However when I had the stim scans for my 2nd ivf, it had disappeared. I think the stim drugs can aggravate the endo a bit. It's worth discussing it with your Dr I think. I don't know about you though, but whilst focusing on the tx you want to try and forget about having to deal with endo too. Are you going to be having more tx soon? Take care,
Love Laura
