Transfere Canceled did this happen to anyone??

Just was wondering if this happened to anybody. I am going through my 3rd IVF and was suppose to transfere today on day three, but they are not good enough to, they are going to work on them for a day 5 transfere, but most likely they wont make it to day 5. How come and what happens next?

I haven't had this happen, but have read about plenty of people who had transfer days changed from 3 to 5. Usually it is because the embies look like they would do well enough to live to day 5 and then the best can be chosen for transfer. I'm not sure the reasoning of changing your day at this time. I really encourage to ask your RE and not be afraid to ask more questions if it doesn't make sense. I know they can be intimidating.
