Not sure exactly when your due date is (I think your ticker and the due date thread are different!) but as you are having twins you may be early!

Thank you all so much!

My EDD according to the dates of LMP, EC & ET is actually 16th May, which is what my ticker is based on. At the first appointment the consultant told me that I would be delivering at 38 weeks as that is the hospital policy for twins. sorry if this has confused anyone.

I go into hospital on 2nd of May to have my twins one way or another. How they are delivered will be decided then depending on how they are laying. I am quite aprehensive but also excited to think I will be meeting my twins very soon,

My journey through all of this has been relatively short in comparison to some, but I know it has been made so much easier sharing it with all of you.

I will let you all know the news as soon as I can

AngeWG wishing you all the best for the 2nd if not before, you are doing great so far, I only got to 36 weeks 5 days with my bubs. Try and get as much sleep as you can, let me tell you the sleep deprivation with 2 babies is insane.

I will be thinking of you, cant wait to hear about your little ones arivals.

Hello ladies,

Just a quick update - the twins have not arrived yet!!

I had an appointment at the hospital today. they monitored the twins heartbeat and movements and did all the standard antenatal tests.
All the results were good and we are expected at the hospital at 7.30 am on Tuesday morning to deliver the twins one way or another!

I am looking forward to meeting the twins at last and finding out whether they are boys, girls or one of each.

I feel tired, huge, uncomfortable, aprehensive and excited!!
My ankles have swollen up making it hard to get around. The midwife did not seem worried when I mentioned it, this morning, and everything else was normal, so I shan't worry either

Well done for geting so far, I cant wait to find out how it all goes and what the sexes are. You must feel so ready for those babies to be born!

Ange, just want to wish you the best of luck for next week, just think in a matter of a couple of days you'll be meeting your 2 little uns.
It seems so long ago now that we both had the same test date (even though i cheated and tested 5 days early

) and now your twins are almost here. I'm so hoping i go early with my little un.
Take care and i'm looking forward to hearing if they are pinks, blues or one of each.
