Dave Jo

I'm at Darlington Cromwell and will be going for donor iui shortly. You're dh should def donate there!! :D :D I might need him!!!!  I know they are twinned with a London centre and ??their main sperm bank is there but I'm sure he could donate straight to Darlington. There is def worries over a shortage so the more the better!! Let me know how you get on - and well done for donating your eggs. You are one in a million

lisa,
i am going to call the clinic tomorrow.i told dh about this site, and he is really keen to donate.i have an appointment there on friday,so hopefully we will be able to sort things out from there.it may sound silly, but i am on a one woman mission to recruit donors(eggs and sperm) i dont think people realise just how good it feels to be able to give someone a chance to make a dream come true.i had 2 attempts at ivf,and despite it not working,i have never regretted it for a moment.i cant imagine the despair of waiting for a donor.
i really hope with all my heart that all goes well for you.
take care,
love jo xx

:D my dh and i talking about that the whole time to make sure that was what we could both live with..after getting our bfp we donated all that was not used we are so blessed just to get this far and wanted to pass that blessing on to someone else ..the only thing that i didnt ask was we got nothing in return (not that we wanted anything)but the people who do get this gift i dont want them to have to pay for this out of pocket..cause this was not for money on our part ..we just wanted to give a someone some kind of chance..so i guess ill have to talk more to the dr unless someone knows anything about this??god bless

Walsh and Davejo I've just read your replies after being off line for a week. Walsh congratulations on you bfp, wishing you a happy and healthy pregnancy. Once again can I just say that what you and your dh's have done is truly amazing and kind. If I ever have to go thro IVF because donor iui doesn't work I think I will want to donate too as I feel the heartache of being on the other side and would hate anyone else to go through what I have experienced so far.

Yu are truly amazing. Love to you both xxxxx :D
