Help! High Blood Pressure

Post by babyface »

Hi Girls,

I need your help. With all the stress of my 2nd iui tmt not working. As you can image I am very upset and depressed, and to top it all I have to wait another 15months for ivf. When I went to the doctors yesterday my blood pressure was very high, he has told me I need to get it down or he will give me tablets, which I don't really what to take. Any suggestions on getting it back down naturally.

Thanks
Love
Pat

[Edited by babyface on 01-May-03 06:06]

Help! High Blood Pressure

Pat,

This may sound daft but lie down as much as possible on your side...I believe it is the left side. A Friend who got pre-eclampsia and had sky high pressure was advised this by her doc and it worked. Try and distract yourslef as much as possible reading or watching...non scary films and if you can afford it I swear by reflexology or just a decent massage.

Hope this helps....take care
Nicky
