Question about trigger shot HELP!

I need to do the trigger shot tonight and I am very nervous! Where exactly does it go in your backside? The more I look Im so scared its not going to go where it should be. Help!

Hi Jess,

I did mine both times on the upper right quadrant of your bum, anywhere in that area should be fine as long as the needle is in all the way into the muscle.
