Can I have implantation?

Hello everyone I have a ? I am doing IVF for the 2nd time. Had egg retrieval on June 17. Had 28 eggs retrieved, 22 fertilized, then on transfer day only had 3 grade 1 embies. All 3 embies were transfered on June 20. Now since then the only simptoms that I have had are the headaches, little bit of soreness on breast, What I want to know is can you have implantation and still not have any spotting????
I am going crazy with this 2ww! I appreciate any comments. Thanks!

YES, you can definately be preggers and not have implantation bleeding. I have not had any signs of spotting yet (fingers crossed). I also had a few mild headaches in the beginning! Good luck on your 2ww!

Just wanted to let you know - my first IVF cycle worked and I never had any implantation bleeding or spotting at all. Just cramping - much like my AF was coming.

Not everyone gets implantation bleeding.

Good luck - and don't drive yourself crazy overanalyzing every symptom in your body like I did. I became a basket case thinking it hadn't worked and turns out I was wrong!

Hope you get BFPs!!! I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

helo claudia,

I wanted to let you know that my doctor said only about 20% of women get implantation spotting.... I never had it with both my cycles.

What a coincidence, they transferred me 3 embryos on day 5 (21/06/06) i haven’t have any spotting either and I was a little bit concern about it, thinking they probably didn’t implant ...... my test is due tomorrow 30th. But now reading all this answer I feel a little bit better..Thank you guys.... i don’t think I’m going to be able to sleep tonight..

Asante, no I got a BFN. Doctor wants me to do another beta on Friday, but I just started getting AF. I guess I will still go in just to talk to Dr to see what's next.
