My first clinic said 3 days bed rest, just allowed to get up to go to the loo.
My new clinic says that it is not proven that staying in bed makes a difference.
Some clinics says 5 days bed rest...
So as U see, it is very different.
I dont think it would be a problem to go up the stairs after your ET, as long as you do rest and take it easy after.
But if you feel that you will be more comfortable at your mum, you should do so!!
wishing you a BFP

hi there i would say uwant 3 days good bed rest and no stairs hunny
its all about knowing in your own mind that you are giving yourself the very best chance so go stay at ya mums get her to take good care of you
and the best of luck to you
the rest you get after thr procedure at your clinic is all you need. All the new studies show women who walk around after and are slightly active have higher success rates. bed rest is not necessary for any number of days. I rested on the day after my transfer, but its completely not necessary. you should not be worried about stairs at all. Good luck
