i wonder how long did you wait to try another cycle? also how long did it take for AF to show her ugly face once the beta announced the BFN? I need to plan for my next step...

also, i am planning to get accupuncture before my next cycle. anyone who heard about someone good in NYC area?

Hi Anita

Welcome to the site. After an ivf cycle you are usually advised to wait for 3 months until the next one. Gives the body time to recover and the ovaries time to get back to normal.
Every cycle is different with ref to the AF but my first cycle i had AF straight away but with my second i only had spotting for 2 days then nothing until my next proper AF a month later. Thought this was weird to have two different reactions but apparently this is fine, anything goes as all our bodies are different.
I am in Scotland so can't help with the acu but i did have it all the way through my 2nd cycle and felt more relaxed plus i got more eggs--don't know if it was the acu but anythings worth a try eh
