Question and a possible BFP

I just received my first Beta test and I had a 48. My Clinic usually refuses to even give the number out as we are restricted to call until our second BETA test to make sure it doubles. I had four HCG shots (last one last Saturday) and they want to make sure it is out of our system.

Anhow, I called and begged/pleaded for my results yesterday (Thursday). They said witha number of 48 it is VERY likely that I am pregnant. They told me to stay cautious and grounded but go out and celebrate.

With all of your experiences...is a 48 good? Does it look like I am pregnant?

Waiting until Sunday seems FOREVER away

Am hoping hard for you that this is the one!! Am sure the nurse wouldn't give you false hope!! I'm sorry can't comment on the levels as I didnt have hcg trigger shots after transfer, so dont know how this affects things. The waits nearly over! Good luck!
