Anyone fron perth australia

Hi everyone, firstly to everyone out there this is comforting to know there is so much support and advice from women alike, since finding this site ive felt a little more at peace within myself.
I was wondering if theres anyone out there from Perth or anywhere in Oz as the treatments seem so differnet across the globe. I've jst had my first IVF cycle awaiting results,24thaug.......one embryo, had 7 collected 4 fertilized....What happens next month if this dosent work???
I've been told to go to Melbourne as the will implant 2????
Any information wld be great.......
