My BFP was on 8/23..my numbers were 217/ ON 8/25 my numbers were 489. Today 8/27 I am feeling AF like cramping. I am very worried.....luckily...no spotting. Has anyone else felt this? Should I call my RE?

Hi Michelle,
First of all congratulations on your bfp. I have been experiencing cramping since EC. Your overies are still very swollen and now it's your uterus that's expanding making room for your baby/ies, it's fluid, the placenta and everything else that goes with it.
Please try not to worry too much but if it gets really bad then I would say call your RE to be reassured.
