Estrogen too low???

I have just had 5 days of injections of puregon, and my doctor decided to stop treatment because my estrogen was way too low and I only had 3 folicles that looked like they would progress.
Has this happened to anyone?
I am curious if the low estrogen was due to a sensitivity to the Syranel??
I have a very regular cycle..and it is fairly heavy. I am lean as I have a physical job, and I am also a Vegan...
ANy advice?

I don't know specifically about the low estrogen, but I know that 5% to 20% of IVF cycles are canceled, depending on your age.

Also, low estradiol would likely correlate with low body fat. Fat cells are a source of estradiol.

I am 34, and am a postee (so I am lean due to all the exercise), but I still have a regular cycle.
I will try to carry protein shakes or something (to gain a little).

I have exact the same problem, my estrogen level is too low. I am 27.
I am also is pretty regular with my period. Though I used gonal F.
Still day 7th, my estrogen level was 380.
Ghost, do you think that maybe one of the factors is a low body fat?

Malinka --- I am also lean and I am a runner. My doctor asked me to stop running before my next IVF. Mine was cancelled due to poor response to medication, my levels just were not what they should be... First my estrogen was too high, then too low. Mt doctor thought it is rather my fast metabolism that's causing the poor response.

Just talked to my Doctor. She said we should wait till sat-y and see what my blood levels would be by tommorrow. My E level decided to rise after all:)

now, i have no idea what to do, either wait for more folli and more chances or go with those 5 folli and ER.

Malinka --- I am taking BCP now for one week, ending on Monday, then microdose of Lupron. I am supposed to start stims on the 1st. I am not using using gonal F.
