How to calculate week and day of pregnancy?

Hi,
I recently got a BFP. I am not sure how do I calculate how many weeks\days I've been pregnant?
Is it from the Day of Retrieval(counting it as day 14)? or from the day when our last period began(counting as day 1)?

My RE clinic considered the day I began my shots as Day 3, even though that was the first day of my periods. If I consider the day my periods began as Day 1 then my ER was on Day 14.

If you look at the left hand side of this site, you will see pregnancy calculator, this will help you work out how far gone you are etc
