sex of baby-babies in ivf ?

I wondering if these facts are somewhat true, either someone told me or a read it...I can`t remember... :lol:
When doing IVF usually you have a boy baby because the male sperm is faster, and with ICIS you get girl babies because they are easier to catch?? anyone ever heard of that before? :shock:
IVF beta + on july 2nd 558
saw one beautiful beating heart on August 3 rd
Nov 2nd ...Its a girl !! :)

I never heard that either, and I had ICSI twice and I've got 1 boy and 1 girl, so not tru for me!
Me 37, DH 53 Male & female factor
1st ICSI +ve, a daughter born 2001
2nd ICSI +ve, a son born 2006

Hi

I can remember my DH asking the nurse at the start of our IVF treatment if boys were more likely during IVF because male sperm swim faster! I remember her saying that the numbers for each sex were approx the same and there would surely be more boys if this were the case!
We had half and half IVF and ICSI (only the ICSI worked for some reason!) and we have a girl, so who knows!

Just to add to the statistics - 2 ICSI - both boys
3rd IVF/ICSI June 2005 +ve Connor Xzavior Amato born 10/21/05 already dreaming.
4th IVF/ICSI Mar 2006 +ve Logan Tyler born safely 12/18/06

I think any kind of sex prediction that way is a load of crap - same as any way %50 chance. Good luck.

I remembered who told me !!! me sister in law...so to that conclusion.... :lol: :lol: . I told her I `m sure for people that have to go to that level to have a child don`t really care what it is !! thanks girls :D
