post pregnancy skin problems please help

i have a 10 week old baby who is doing fantastically , last week my hair started to fall out ( expected) my nails have grown and are so strong i have never known anything like it , BUT my face skin looks as though it has been wind/snow burnt especially around the eyes and mouth.
Cant work out what i have eaten or used differently in the last week but it doesnt appear to be getting better , all we can think of is either an allergy or hormones..... any advice would be very much appreciated.
I am currently using Guinot ultra sensitive cream and had a hydradermie done on saturday but it hasnt made it any better........
