HELP - Estrogen level

Hi!! I do not post alot here, but I do enjoy reading the board. It is very informative and reassuring at times. I want to know if anybody knows if your estrogen level should be at a certain number before they can do ER. I am on day 12 of stims and I have 7 follicles, they have all grown and as of Sunday, are still growing but my estrogen level is only at 355. two days ago it was only 115. Do I have anything to be worried about?
