Saw my IVF doctor today and she said I could lift my daughter up and go to the gym if I wanted to! She said to just not overdo it. My daughter has been very upset that I have been refusing to pick her up so I'm happy I can again.

What are the chances for an average graded embryo?
I had a day 5 blastocyst transferred yesterday. It was graded as average (the clinic uses good, average and poor). Has anyone given birth to a healthy baby following transfer of an average embryo?

Why no heavy lifting after ET?
I have just had a FET yesterday and was told no heavy lifting. I have a one year old daughter from IVF and it is impossible not to lift her. Already I've had to pick her up twice today. She weighs over 12kg! Can anyone tell me why you are not supposed to lift anything heavy? I assume women who get ...
