Has anyone bought medications for IVF from Canada... Is it Cheaper by any chance than medications in the US??

We just had our first 14DPO beta test (137). I was wondering when do they do the first Ultrasound?

3 embryos transfered on 17th of July (Day 3 transfer)
Had been spotting since Tuesday of last week 21st of July (light pinkish discharge for the first two days... On the weekend (25th, 26th and 27th of July) dark brownish discharge...

I hear that with a day 3 transfer of embryos, the chances of multiples are higher... Why is that? Is that true?? Anyone has had such a thing happen? or is it very random as anything else

I had a IVF ICSI procedure done and we had 5 GRADE A embryos. By day 3 we had two embryos that divided into 8 cells and 2 embryos that divided into 6 cells and 1 embryo that divided into 5 cells.
