My RE says nothing over 30 lbs, but only because Progesterone relaxes your muscles and puts you at increased risk for pulling a muscle.

Is anyone else getting knots in their butt from the progesterone injections? How can I get rid of those?

I hear every one writing about progesterone levels. I am taking PIO every morning and Prog/Estr vaginal suppositories in cocoa butter every night. But, my RE doesn't draw progesterone levels. Is it necessary??
