This was totally normal for me. I don't exercise that much, so I can't speak to that, though. Sometimes, I get the feeling like mild menstrual cramps. Cramping is usually worse in the evening, too. My midwife said to drink more water--recommended I get at least 2 liters a day.

Congratulations! A dream come true. I'm sorry about the unexpected c-section, but what a great outcome!
