I have just read your poem and it has made me cry! - It is so true!!!!
I have my test on Monday to see if FET has worked for us so am feeling very emotional at the moment so maybe that explains the tears!!!

I would say if you have that many fertilised it may not be worth it for you but I would ask for advice from your clinic. I don't know about individual costings - we paid just around £3,500 for the whole IVF with ICSI if that helps!!

Hi there charlie - As I understand it, ICSI is where they inject the sperm into the egg rather than hoping they will fertilise naturally.

We had normal IVF first time around (unsuccesful) then ICSI second time which left us with 6 fertilised eggs rather than 1 the first attempt - so much better for ...
